iProtein L Purose 4 Fast Flow and Rigose iProtein L are affinity chromatography media for the capture of antibodies and antibody fragments. The iProtein L ligand is produced in Escherichia coli, which has a strong affinity for the variable region of an antibody’s kappa light chain. iProtein L Purose 4 Fast Flow is therefore suitable for the capture of a wide range of antibody fragments such as Fabs, single-chain variable fragments (scFv), and domain antibodies (Dabs).
