Benzamidine Purose 4 Fast Flow (High Sub) and Benzamidine Purose 4 Fast Flow (Low Sub) are a kind of affinity chromatography media that use p-aminobenzamidine (pABA) as their ligands, and they were designed to purify or remove trypsin and serine-containing trypsin-like enzymes, and they are also used to purify zymogens including urokinase and prekallikrein. These media can purify proteins directly from serum, monoclonal cell supernatants and bacterial lysates. We offer two types products, one of them has high ligand density (High Sub) and the other one has low ligand density (Low Sub), so as to meet the needs of different binding capacity.
