His-tagged Protein Purification Resins

His-tagged protein purification media is a kind of metal chelating affinity chromatography medium formed by bonding the ligands chelated Ni2+ on agarose matrix, capable of reversibly binding with histidine-tagged proteins or other proteins that can specifically bind to Ni2+, so as to obtain target proteins by one-step purification. Among them, TED's strong chelating ability to nickel ions enables Ni-TED Purose 6 Fast Flow to tolerate high concentrations of chelating agents (such as EDTA) and reducing agents (such as DTT), making it the best choice for eukaryotic cells to express and secrete His-tag proteins.
