The NK Cell Serum-Free Culture Kit, MCM CulLymNK-KIT01/02, is specifically developed for the efficient expansion of NK (Natural Killer) cells. This reagent kit has a well-defined chemical composition. KIT01 does not contain any exogenous growth factors or unspecified additives, while KIT02 includes clinical-grade human serum albumin components. During the cultivation process, only a small amount of autologous serum (plasma) needs to be added, providing a nutritionally complete and balanced in vitro environment for NK cell expansion. The expansion system utilizes pharmaceutical-grade antibodies to induce T cell apoptosis, selectively activate NK cell proliferation, and enhance NK cell cytotoxic activity.
