Single-use Assembly Line, based on a sterilization and filtration process comfiguration, is a robust, sterile, ready-to-use design that allows flexibility in all process steps. The line can be designed according to the customer's process, with appropriate line length, material, line docking method, filter size, etc. The design supports pre-use integrity testing of sterilization filters.The filter can be selected from 0.22μm, 0.45μm single and double layer filter membranes,with sizes ranging from 1-20 inches.
