IEX Purose 6 Fast Flow series is based on 6% highly crosslinked agarose matrix and it is the first generation traditional IEX medium of Tofflon Qianchun Bio, which can capture samples quickly and has the characteristics of high capacity and resolution. It is the most popular protein capture medium in IEX media on the market, and it can also be used for polishing in a few cases. The medium is uniform in particle size, with an average size of 90 μm. It has excellent chemical stability, and can still maintain the original dynamic binding capacity after hundreds of CIP cycles.
