Rigose SP Plus medium is a strong cation exchanger with an average particle size of 50 μm. This medium is designed for polishing of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and a wide range of other biomolecules. The polymeric ligandin combination with the attributes of the base matrix enable Rigose SP Plus medium delivers both good pressure/flow properties, high binding capacity and good resolution even at high sample load.
